all depends on how you wana do it, but ive had them cook for 24 hours

Wow thats crazy... longest cook was 6 hours for me and it was alot of challenges

Too cold to bbq but I'll be making some chicken for the games tomorrow.
Going to put a dry rub on them and let them sit overnight.
Will do a high temp bake with them and saucing them up towards the end.

Will post pics when I get the rub on them.



Also making smoked salmon dip and homemade scalloped potatoes and ham.

It is when you're getting winds at 15+ and is 20°F.
Where I live I don't have any wind coverage and trying to get charcoal going while staying warm is too much of a chore, I can handle rain because I've got a pop up tent for coverage.

get a chimney, and if that alone dosent work, get 2 pieces of plywood to make a |_ block for the wind
