I thought all the top gear was account bound. Not anymore?

once you equip it then it is account bound thats the mistake people make.

A couple months after release they made end game gear bind on pickup. I know it used to be, unless they changed it.

The ones you buy for the bars from the boxes are equivalent to that of end game gear.
