Rand Paul fucked up too bad when he wasn't respectful enough at CPAC to the big dogs who own the candidates. You need a presidential war chest to win. He didn't wear a formal suit. Bad news at CPAC. Disrespected the gods.

Yeah, he doesn't have 10% of the talent Bernie does. Bernie raised his war chest without relying on the big dogs. If he had been a known candidate before this cycle he would have beaten Clinton. Unfortunate though, we could have had Kasich and Bernie.

That would have been such a good race. But we have Trump. It could go anywhere tbh. He is Gordan Gecko as president. I hope he is surprisingly pragmatic and antagonistic to congress if they don't produce some real work. Obama's biggest failure as a leader has been his inability to get the intractable US House to work with him.
