Just make some chicken parm. Really simple, quick, and hard to fuck it up. :)

Whole chicken:

Take some butter, I cover the whole bird so about 1 stick, and mix with fresh rosemary, fresh cracked black pepper, salt, some garlic, and about 4-6 lavender leaves (not a stem but the leaves).

Once all the butter is mixed rub 3/4 it on the chicken under the skin and in as many crevices as possible. Then take the remaining and coat the outside.

Crank your oven up to 425f, I use a cast iron skillet, and place chicken in oven friendly pan. Bake for about 15 minutes, then turn the oven down to 400f and continue baking for 10-15 more minutes or until the juices run clear from the thigh/breast area.

Serve with fresh green veggies, garlic mashed potatoes, and a roll.

If you like crispy skin but juicy chicken then you'll love this.
Never been a fan of soggy chicken skin, also seasoning under the skin gives the chicken flavor. I like to eat the skin and then the chicken and this gives you flavor filled greatness throughout.
