Reduced the file size to: 41.72 KB. Kept the dimensions: 243 x 150 pixels







Here's a resized version of the original (with cropped edges). Dimensions: 132 x 150 pixels. File size: 6.83 KB.





And a version stretched to 400 x 150 dimensions as requested. File size: 13.29 KB.
