If Europe Softcore Ladder :

Soj = 10fg,
Rest of your uniques/sets = ~3-5fg if lucky

BattleHammer -> self use or Charsi
Wand -> Charsi

Ornate : fhr, life, -30req (nice but low def) -> I would say self use or Charsi
Boots -> self use or ~10-15fg if lucky
Belt : high str req, no fhr, no life, low res -> Charsi

For Hardcore, wait for more advice, but I can tell you Soj = ~200-250fg

When you are saying "or charsi", does it mean I have to sell them to NPC ?

you have to state the core or we can't P/C anything
