that would never happen because when a big bang happens (singularity of a black hole implodes), it pushes all the matter AWAY from it, including nearby black holes.

the only way it would happen is if 2 blackholes COLLIDE into each other.

orbiting one another wouldn't do anything, they would just orbit forever.. just like the earth isn't attracted toward the sun, just like satellites orbit earth without falling.
