What would happen if a black hole got rele close to another black hole

They merge into a larger black hole

They'd make new black hole with larger event horizont

Depends on the fundamental theory u use.

Theoretically they might collapse into a worm hole which look something like this

Then the burnt out bulbs would just fall to the surface of our world
