can you do lvl job

its for 5 characters to bring all to lvl 90 except if necro can be brought to lvl 92

1 is lvl 85
2 at 83
1 at 81
1 at 78

its in wscnl

is this possible and how much total and what estimated time to complete the leveing job?
oh and all characters are all on same account !

i thought lvl jobs wasnt possible in wscnl cuz of the last or previous patch?

i forgot to ask if all 5 characters are not completely lvled to lvl 90 with in a month maybe plus 1 week as we discused do you refund and what happens if my account is permanently block or locked during the process?
and is the 1000 fg still stand
