As long as he isn't spreading nazi propaganda, encouraging racist attitudes, carrying out hate crimes, etc then I don't see how this does any harm (other than to himself, for showing off as an idiot).
well, laws in austria and germany are pretty strict in that regard and he's not only sporting the moustache, haircut, and clothing - according to the article, he also calls himself "hitler" and poses for photographs outside hitler's birthplace.
now i don't know how austrian law defines "glorifying the nazi era" but i can certainly see that if you're being strict about it, what he does could be considered doing that. really not enough in the short article to judge but yeah, i guess it's a bit more than just some silly facial hair...
