I highly recommend the one you posted. It's cheap and comes with two battery packs and the base. No extra cords like the change-n-play official one from MS.

Been using good ol energizer rechargeable AAs for like 5 years with no complaints. Keep a few sets charged for easy swapping, plus I can use them in other stuff if needed.

My Xbox elite just came with a cable so never needed charge kit.

Anything that's USB to mini USB works fine. Just make sure to have at least 10ft of cable.
