Fajitas with beef is a good idea ive never personally ate it.

Some stew sounds good,

Maybe a goos Irish Stew with some goat or lamb

I'm a huge fan of beef rouladen, a traditional German fare. Alas, I've never been able to replicate it at home quite as well as it comes from my favorite restaurant. I start with this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/149686/german-beef-rouladen/ ...but I also add dill pickle relish, and rather than pounding the steak flat, I try to get very thinly-sliced bottom round.
