They're not.. the 2 teams you have ranked below, if you put either one of them against the clippers in a 7game series right now Spurs n Cavs would wreck them

OK but that's not what power rankings are. They're based on performance to date, especially recent performance, and nobody is close to the warriors and clippers, except maybe the raptors tbh but 0-3 vs Cavs doesn't bode well.
