Idk, I havent played in 5 years or so. I use to use a low level bowazon and tppk normal baal runs. Sounds lame but it was a blast lmao. I could dig in my old computer cause I have screenshots where I killed the whole room lmao.

Higher level and in hell I used an IB sorc

Used to have a love/hate relationship with TPPK when it was around, but now I'm thinking HC is just straight up boring as hell without it.

If anyone knows an effective method that still works, please do share

I'm thinking the best method is using Enchant on revived Hell Temptresses and then getting them to shoot in the right direction followed by quickly towning + hostile. Lemme know if that's way off
Seems kinda nontrivial to pull off though, which might explain why no one does it
