If you look at how reckless he plays in your second clip, he either doesn't care at all about his rank or he's awful
It's very likely he's just good at other video games so he carries over good mechanics into LoL

There are many players that come into LoL and reach diamond+ in under a year from just previous gaming experience because they focus on game knowledge
