Well he already gets the one nomination that Obama rightfully earned, so the numbers need to be adjusted to account for that.

If Trump were an ordinary president with an actual, coherent ideology I would expect Kennedy, if not both Kennedy and Thomas, to at least consider stepping down for replacement during his term. With Trump being Trump, maybe the incentive to retire won't be there since they won't have any reason to particularly trust who he would nominate in their place. I know that's something that would particularly concern Kennedy. I don't know if anyone could possibly be a downgrade from Thomas unless he/she was younger.
