You don't go to a club to get laid.

You go to a bar. Where you can hear each other and actually persuade her to come over to your house without having to scream in her ear.

I used to be big into the club scene when I was younger and doing/dealing drugs all of the time. If you want to get laid in a club you have to have coke or molly(ecstasy w/e) for the most part. I personally hate clubs and have only pulled a few girls there in comparison to the success I have at a shitty college bar. Which is like shooting fish in a barrel if you're even somewhat attractive and can hold a conversation.

Usually you get to know the whole group first and once they are used to you, you can change location with your target alone.
Than create bonds with her. Also having a wing person with you helps a lot.
