I wasn't surprised he won the Republican primary. It was obvious from last time the biggest shit show would win.

I am surprised at the general though. I figured the country was less racist. Turns out the racists just got shoved in a corner and never really got dealt with.

Clinton is hated and rejected for being a woman by an incredibly (still) sexist country and everyone pretends her being a woman doesn't play a large part in all the hate toward her

I really thought Trump wasn't going to win even though I support him. The reason is because I thought people in general wanted to vote democrat again regardless of candidates... Well I guess Hillary really turned people off that much.
