1. Outlaw factory farming with punishment equivalent to mass murder, while drastically increasing funding towards in vitro meat to eventually phase out all significantly unethical animal products
2. Put major funding towards research of genetic technologies, esp. genome editing, promote the use of designer baby technologies and eventually make it compulsory
3. Massively ramp up welfare systems for the poor, lower and middle class
4. Make higher education and healthcare free as a human right
5. Massively increase foreign aid to the poorest countries, esp. in Africa
Taxing the very rich and taxing day trading as the source of funding for the above.
