I went to the gym for the first time in 4 or 5 weeks and thought I saw someone I knew over at the other end of the gym. As I was walking past him towards the water fountain, I turned, looked straight at him, said 'alright' loudly and nodded my head in acknowledgement.

Been having numerous problems, all on my right leg. Meniscus I'm managing, knee sleeves seem to keep my floating and tangling cartilage from raising to the surface (when it does my knee locks and I can bend it)

The other issue I had was I couldn't lock the knee without sharp pain in the patella.

Most recently I've strained my hip flexor (right side again) and out me out of squatting for 6 weeks. Squatted tonight again but still have discomfort during that the bottom and pain for about 30 seconds post squat
