Hey guys I could use a little help. I am wanting to up an Akaran Targe to a Sacred Targe but am not sure of the recipe.
I see specific shield recipes but not for upgrading to the elite version. Is it the same as armor, Lem Ko P Diamond?

It is but that's for uniques
And yes a shield is same as armor for upping purposes
