Do you just equip it then it let's you predict in game?

at the start of the game you can predict your win. do that succesfully X amount of times to unlock the treasure.

you dont need to equip it or do anything . when you enter game after picking your hero , before timer stars you will see a box on the top of your map , you can click predict there and thats it. if you click predict and win the game 3 times like that you will get the treasure of that charm. But if you predict and lose 2 games , charm will be broken and you get nothing.
