if i reroll my char what happen ? only the stats reroll or level too and do i loose my items

when you re-roll you will go back to lvl 1.
You won't lose any items

Rerolling will not cause items to disappear.

There are only 2 ways to lose items

1 - die on Hard Core. You will lose whatever items the character is carrying at the time.

2 - deleting a character before items are removed to the vault or transferred to another character.

EDIT:

Sorry - there is a third way

You may accidentally shrine or trash an item that you need to use.

It has happened to a few of us on occasion -- it creates a strong "OH SHIT" moment
