Is this shit game fixed now?

I'm looking forward to try out those pvp arenas with balanced pvp
Trading those runestones as was intended originally must be neat (before gay wilson made getting runes an automated process)
Not to mention the stable gold economy, after all they hired gg career guys with doctorates in marketing and economics to fix game economy right

Is game fixed now and all promised features are there now???
Perhaps I would consider buying that ros xpac
