although it is somewhat amusing to witness spammers suffer warns, sometimes it is a mistake an average person who keeps in mind the community guidelines makes. the early bump rule is probably one of the most violated on d2jsp along with free bumps and other spam. this is also one of the violations that the forum moderators seem to ignore unless it is exploited multiple times in one thread. i think i have seen this suggested here before, either by me or by someone else but also supported by me.

disable the reply when the last post in a user's thread was by that user either by bringing up a message that the back-to-back early bump reply is impossible or by removing or disabling the reply button when this is the case. a medium would be to display a warning with red letters that it is against the rules without disabling the reply.
i am personally a fan of the first suggestion.

example look:

- fast reply

Voting no.

If you see en early bump or a spam post, just report it and move along.
Furthermore, simply because you don't see any physical evidence of an action taken doesn't mean it didn't happen.

So my question is, why make more work for the mods? Also, why would someone need to make back to back posts? I know you're trying to be a minimod, but there really isn't a reason to post back to back. If someone needs to add additional information, just wait 4 hours to do it..

I voted yes. I'm in the minority right now with the voters, but I really don't understand why this hasn't been implemented already.
