Well. I got into my current clan by just chatting woth some other players.. eventually they invited me.. i guess i wasnt really looking for one but i feel like you don't "just" enter a clan, just wait for an opportunity. You can also just create your own clan and invite all your friends.

Depends a lot on the type of clan, pvm, main pvp, tank zerk pvp, pure pvp, skilling or any that I may be missing if you'd like to elaborate I may be able to help
