...The other is Hillary Clinton. The following is a list of crimes Trump has committed either personally, through his campaign, his Foundation, or through Trump Organization. It's not a comprehensive list; feel free to let me know if I missed anything because I just quickly uncoupled this from a much larger network of researching and sourcing upon request.

  • 1) Made illegal $25k political donation out of his charity that he then attempted to fraudulently cover it up by pretending it was intended for a different entity.
  • 2) Repeatedly solicited donations from members of foreign governments. Even continued to do months after a complaint was filed with the DOJ, with Vicente Fox claiming he received a fundraising ask in an email in late September.
  • 3) Trump Model Management encouraged foreign models to violate immigration laws by lying to customs officials, and then hired them to work in the U.S. illegally while it kept them in squalid conditions and earning almost nothing for their work.
  • 4) Illegally used campaign funds to buy his book wholesale instead of setting up a committee.
  • 5) Illegally jacked up the rent at Trump Tower in July; so either he was charging below market value when he was self-funding, or he was overcharging now that GOP donors are on the hook.
  • 6) Trump’s housing charges related to housing discrimination.
  • 7) Trump’s $750k payment to the Federal Trade Commission over charges he violated anti-trust laws when trying to take over a rival casino company.
  • 8) Trump’s habitual refusal to pay contractors who did work for him, putting a lot of them out of business.
  • 9) The rape charge made by Ivana in a deposition she’s never withdrawn, due to the threat of perjury.
  • 10) Trump University, not just the fraud and racketeering charges that pertain to the victims but the bribery that pertain to Bonbi/Abbott etc.
  • 11) Fraud charges related to The Trump Institute’s “urine samples for micro-targeted multivitamins.”
  • 12) Trump’s hiring of hundreds of undocumented Polish workers in the 1980s, who were paid virtually nothing for illegal work.
  • 13) All of Trump’s connections to New York’s construction mafia, specifically Felix Sater whom he is still regularly in contact with.
  • 14) In the 1980s, Trump was compelled to testify under oath before New York officials after he directed tens of thousands of dollars to the president of the NYC Council through a myriad of subsidiary companies to evade contribution limits.
  • 15) In the 1990s, the FEC fined Trump for exceeding the annual limit on campaign contributions by $47050, the largest violation in a single year.
  • 16) Trump failed to disclose to New York officials that he spent $150k to finance ads opposing a proposed casino in the Catskills, which he saw as a threat to his Atlantic City property. Roger Stone created the ads and appeared under the name of a front group.
  • 17) Violated the IRS rule on “self-dealing,” multiple times. Using his Foundation to pay his legal fees will constitute self-dealing, if not serve as an entirely separate crime.
  • 18) Committed perjury in his court testimony re: trying to get casinos in Florida.
  • 19) Committed perjury by lying under oath to deny his association with organized crime figures.
  • 20) Violated the U.S. embargo of Cuba by secretly funding a business foray in Cuba. Trump’s casino company funneled $68,000 in 1998 to a consulting firm that traveled to Cuba and disguised the payment to make it appear as if the firm’s Cuba trip was linked to a Catholic charity.
  • 21) Federal election law prohibits the conversion of campaign funds to personal use (payments to Keith Schiller for security).
  • 22) Violated federal law by using Trump Organization speechwriter to plagiarize Michelle Obama’s speech. (He may have rectified this retroactively).

632 words, literally shorter than the average high school writing assignment. Of course it's too long for Trumpies.

Hey if someone asks me for a list of the crimes that Trump has committed, who am I to deny them of that? I'm one of the handful of people in this whole country who is uniquely placed to actually provide something like that when it's had rigorous investigative research behind it to make sure it checks out and stands up to scrutiny, so it'd speak really poorly of my character if I denied people that information if asked.

Trump isn't scared to stand up for what he believes in, even if it means bending the rules a little bit.

It's the kind of guts needed to be President of America.

Looking forward to the seventy fourth post this election cycle where he hysterically tries to mock your style while shrilly screaming out lies he read on a blog.
