Do I believe I can change bodies? No. I wont flat reject it, but I find it highly unlikely.
Do I believe in the soul? No. It is too vaguely defined. I believe in many real things that have been attributed and compared to the soul.
Do I want to live as long as possible? If all is going well, I would continue my life, possibly up into the thousands of years. To be immortal, however, sounds terrible.
What am I willing to do to achieve this? Eat healthy and exercise, what the hell else?

Had an interesting thought, if you live long enough then maybe you'd start forgetting earlier memories as you kept experiencing new things, then at some point each section of life would be separate from another with regards to the memories you hold and you might as well just live one of them. But i guess knowledge is accumulated as you keep using base principled to expand on them. This probably happens anyway to normal people to some extent but as you and the world around you are changing rapidly it mitigates the effect.

Oh I do not mean making everyone live that long, just if you could. I hate citing an anime but in Naruto the char Orochimaru becomes obsessed with learning, he realises to learn everything he wants to know he would have to live a lot longer than a normal human life. This is partially my reasoning. There is a lot I want to know and explore 1 lifetime is not enough

this struck a chord with me also

memories fading is something people have because our brains like our bodies aren't meant for longevity. it's a problem that would be #1 on the list of fixes if you wanted to create bodies that could live incredibly long times.

I'm only 23 and I'm already sick of life. No thank you.

Why? What is it you're missing or fed up with?

Let's find a way to keep switching hosts or find some way to reverse aging.
