'Pro-legalisation case suffers a serious setback, as experimental data points to an increased risk of serious delusion and lowered intelligence in smokers'
No.
It has been proved that if you start smoking when being young you, you might end up losing 6 IQ points, which is less than half of the standard deviation (Sd =15). But:
- you need to smoke a lot
- you need to smoke everyday
- you have to smoke for years
- you have to start before 16-18 years.
Even if so happens, I dont really care about 6 IQ points, since society won those 6 points in the past century.
The bad thing that we all should be aware of is that it has severe changes in emotions when intoxicated. Long term memory issues for those who smoke everyday, as far as they never are fully clean because the biological half-life of weed oscilates from 2 days to a few weeks if you dont stop smoking
Scoring high in negative affection domination might save you from negative symptoms
