The 225 mark is really huge for a lot of people, but it's also a huge sticking point for a lot of guys, too. When I was in hs, I got stuck on 225 longer than any other weight. Getting to 225 was pretty easy for me, but getting over it was tough. Even once I was able to move up, I was still moving slowly until I was working with 240, and then I saw another burst. I've since seen that pattern over and over and all I can say is that it's mostly in the head. If you get stuck on the way up to 225 or at 225, it's your mental state that will push you through.
I'm mentioning that in case you get stuck on/around 225. I hope you don't. If you do, just work on the psychology of the lift and you'll be fine
