Mostly HIIT..

IMO its more pseudo hiit, I'll jog at a 5mph pace on the treadmill for 90 seconds and run at a 10.5 for 30 seconds and do that for 30 minutes

How's your heart rate during that run?

I've been messing around with some longer intervals lately, enjoying it. I train for running though

I usually hang around 140 during the jog and might peak up to 180 during the sprints.. Hard to say, I don't have a fitbit anymore.

My understanding has always been that once you cant speak clearly, than rest until you can.. Rinse and repeat.

Sounds about right to me.

I've been messing around with some longer, progression intervals- really makes the shorter ones easier

I'm not sure if you or anyone else finds this, or if its just me, but I find intervals so tough mentally, like once you finish that all out part and then you have to do it again

Down to 228 at my gym

Weighed in on my scale at the gym at 241.6

It’s always the first week that’s easy as fuk to lose a shit load.. Now comes the hard part.

Late April/early June. I basically set a limit and when I got to it, I began my cut.

sitting at 226 right now, averaging 2 lbs/wk as of now..

Feeling good, but my lifts are so haggard just from 3 weeks of cutting =.=

Man, school is making it tough to focus on the gym..

Still eating right and working out as often as I can.. This morning was good..

Worked up to 85% than did AMRAP drop set down to 25%.. Did some Bb rows, tbar rows, db rows and worked on tris a bit.

Finished up with some core training in the shape of an ab wheel and planks.

Off to school
