Is my gear decent for my level, can also tell me what to look for from looting? And how may I join a party in game?

Hello, look for weapons with Enhnced effect and strength dexterity and life
Look for armors with the same

Look for charms with strength or dexterity depending on the type of weapon you are using

Swords clubs and axes use strength
Daggers staffs and axes use dexterity

Is there something that I have in stash and may be sold for some gold? I've seen a good damage weapon for level 20 for 2 gold coins and I wonder what type of items should I search to sell and gather the required gold.

Weapon -- get one that has EE (Enhanced Effect)
Armor -- Get Armor with EE, and try to get Str as a mod to increase your sword dmg
Charm -- any charm with Str to increase your weapon dmg

I predict a short life in Hard Core, your current choice. If (when) you die, you lose your char and all gear he is carrying
Strongly recommend Soft Core in order to get a sense of the game. Dying just causes you to lose some xp and proficiency.

Looting (farming) is not really a main part of the game, but if you can get Ambush going a few times, you may get some decent drops.
However, you need decent gear in order to get there, as well as completing some pre-requisite quests.

If you want to join a game, sit in town and wait for one to form. Enter and ask politely if game is full

Alternatively, you can start your own game and wait for players to join.
