That is not even close to being a fail drop :S

It literally does not have a single stat that would be useful on any other item.

Fail topic. :P

Let them post whatever they want if they think it's a fail.

It is still not a fail drop.

For it to be a fail drop, you need to hit significant rolls that would be amazing on any other item.

Post shit rolls as much as you want, it's still not a fail drop.

A fail drop can be anything to anyone. Doesn't have to meet your made up qualifications.

So basically high dex or str on a weapon with no ee is the only fail in your mind.

Sure, it could be a fail since you actually managed to find an item with ee, which on it's own is an achievement these days. If you want me to post every single item I find with ee, then I'll get warned for spamming this topic. I respect that everyone might have their own opinion about what a "fail drop" could be, it still has to have any kind of significance for this topic to stay relevant.

Let me show some items I've found in the past couple of weeks that I consider to be fail drops, and I'm not the gestapo that happens to know the ultimate definition of what a fail drop is. However, it needs to either have a stat that would be amazing on any other item, for example a 35-40 dex lvl 25 staff or have multiple rolls of stats that would have made the item amazing if just a tiny bit higher.

Besides the lvl 5 light, these items are shit, but they could have been amazing if only the rolls were a tiny bit higher.

Arcane earth IV

Spell Damage: 27 to 47
Mana Cost: 29

+41% Enhanced Effect
+6 Vitality
+262 Max Mana
+1% Glancing Blow

Epic lightning IV (ok this might not be a fail drop to everyone, although the potential it had makes it one for me)
Level Req: 5
Spell Damage: 5 to 59
Mana Cost: 29

+23% Enhanced Effect
+7 Strength
+15 Dexterity
+155 Max Life

+1 Life Regen
+2 Mana Regen
+1% Mind Numb
+1% Glancing Blow
+2% Fire Mastery

Mystical fire VI
Level Req: 15
Spell Damage: 21 to 57
Mana Cost: 45

+23 Strength
+6 Dexterity
+1% Quick Draw

Angelic shell scale armor
Level Req: 10
Physical Defense: 6 to 26
Magical Defense: 6 to 18

+18 Strength
+4 Dexterity
+18 Intelligence

+1% Mind Numb

I don't care how many items you post in here, but don't bash other people that want to post a "fail" in their minds.
I think an item having a bunch of magical stats like a legendary and not even one being a useful one is a fail.
