On higher GR's i'd rather have vit over Elite DMG, but thats subjetive of course. Remember 900+ Vit boosts your thorns by a ton, since you're getting 300% bonus from your Chest. I've been trying to get a build going for 95+ solo with Elite DMG w/o luck so far.

I also think vitality is better seeing the crusader actually gets squishy in the higher tiers
