Upfront about what? He wasn't caught doing anything and the colts balls were also unregulatory.
He wasn't under a criminal investigation, he didn't have to put any cooperation in.
Like I said, it should have been just a $25,000 fine as the rule states and be done with it. Fines happpen all the time in sports, they are rarely ever a big deal.
The entire investigation was one big, flawed joke and even players on other teams openly supported Brady.
