I don't think given the state of the USSC this has any chance of being upheld. I think they would review it and give a bunch of nice pats on the head in their briefs. Especially when we look at profiling victimization numbers of youth people compared to black people overall, they're somewhat similar. Overall it seems like an entire case driven by confirmation bias, which is a SCARY thing when it leaks into policy.
