Only 60 posts and I like how you elaborate the pricecheck.

In hc, where lr/fr matters a lot, an armor with only cr as a res, doesn't cut it. It misses the basics while it has the cute extras like def, mana and repl. This makes is usable for some sort of exotic build that requires mana. HC tends to not have a market for these builds, making this mp hard to sell.
To prove me wrong, name a common hc build where this is good and will not be hurt by the lack of lr, fr and 55 str req on a rare armor.

The boots are basically alright. It's res is high enough for hc, not every build needs fhr and hfd is a nice add. It still has only 3 basic strong mods -> frw res res, making these boots pretty common.
The mf is usually undesirable for players, yet very useful for bots barbs and non fk's. I'd value these higher than the mp.
