If theres a way for her to actually get the young vote she certainly hasn't found it, she's actively alienating them for fearmongering like labeling pepe a white supremacist symbol, at best it discourages young voters, at worst it drives them to the spite vote for trump.
Even old joe biden could have taken the millenials by playing up his diamond joe routine, he could give the legitimate appeal whereas hillary will do her best doctor evil impression of being hip and with it. She could embarrass herself and create a tank helmet photo if she tried any zany attempts to thaw her image, so she's probably done the math and simply chosen to give up on the youth vote without more than token effort. Obama needed young'un's to win. Hillary doesn't.
