Such a cool thread, so many memories from back then.

Im not gonna lie, I feel nostalgic just slashing again and being in the groups I have been in with the same ppl as I used to slash with.

While I see the first screenshot, I remember me having a lvl 71 mage idling on my account until I have a bunch of wellables collected. And then just well them when I wanted to, because I could simply click on "Well of Evil" in the town center!




How long it's been since I have read "MCC".. Yeah I know, Paul wanted to make this a group playing game. But wouldn't that require a solid player base.. People spent so much money on this updated brokedated game.

there is a lot of interesting and challenging content. the new events are nice as well.

solo play isnt too bad at all.. so is group play

Yeah I see your point. I try to play more often, but when I have time and log in, there's nobody up for a climb. I can't log in 20 times over a day to check if I can join a group. I have a real life which comes first. And people in that situation are disadvantaged. I tried going solo. It's a pain and takes forever to grind from 1 to 71. Maybe you remember me when I joined your group at level 48 (or something near that level) some days ago. Before, I was exploring solo from 40 to 48. It took me like half an hour to reach that. And my gear is not that bad actually. Now you can extrapolate the time how long it would have taken if I had gone solo till 71. If the gap between a group climb and a solo climb justwouldn't be that huge...

But well, these kind of discussions have taken place so often and it led into nothing. I didn't want to start that again. This thread is about LS back in 2006 and the memories everybody shares is what should be foregrounded.

Well i would also like another solo boost to make a solo climb faster (was boosted in the past.. but i would like to have it a bit faster)

the fastest i can do is 3hours with warlock while i would only need 50mins in a group.. so 2hours solo would be more attractive for me either

never took any S/S but i remember playing back in those days and the marketplace was super active in game
