Show needs more Jessica Lange

it is almost that lame..

we completely drop the last plot of the previous family there and move on to 5 episodes of paranormal investigators

k, at least i know everyone is going to die, had trouble accepting people could get away with being totally self absorbed selfish dicks

Hated coven. Still doesn't get any better than asylum for me

cant top season #2, it just assimilated together so many ideas, the plot couldn't compare to the themes
it was cutting edge stuff - the frame work of a story linked them all together - it was a quilt of horror that created something profound
sort of breaking the a b c of narrative so that you never knew what to expect - and that is truly horrifying.

Still watching this show - i think it losing its drama edge and just going for the cringe violence which i think lessens the story which i think is about how superficial people are.

Anyone else feeling that the cringe violence > the themes they are trying to show?

The show seems to be slightly missing something, maybe the writing is a little to thin and the show needs more focus?

Kinda like Jessica Lange who brought it all together, seems like that whole element she brought to the show is gone now.
