I've seen some people that are pretty good artists, not just graphic designers, but people with raw pen and paper talent. I think it would be a nice place to showcase some of the work done by our fellow jspers. A nice place to discuss what people really take pride in.

Also, it would be cool to be able to request help, personally I'm trying to find an artist in lieu of my tattoo artist to design something specific.

If there's a musician's chat I don't see why there can't be an artist's chat

There is already a artistic sub culture on jsp from Signature makers to Avatar makers and people who just upload their shit to Photo Gallery. Giving them a place to chill would be awesome and would do very well I think.

While it isn't necessarily "graphic design," that is where traditional art has been posted in the past.
