Is there a recipe that utilizes avocados that could pair well with a breaded chicken entrée?

Make an avacado+chicken sandwich

step 1 peel the avocado
step 2 cook the chicken
step 3 throw out the avocado
step 4 eat the chicken

meal complete.

Butterfly the chicken breast
Season with garlic, salt n pepper, cayenne pepper or red chili flakes
Stuff with a couple slices of avocado and cheese (optional)
Wrap with bacon


Bake at 375 for 15-25, until the juices run clear.

Serve with fresh cut green beans and mashed red potatoes.
