irathas is good bang for your buck, but you miss out on a lot of mods. +2 priz fcr ammy / magefists or frosties / 24fhr belt with life, strength, and resists / 10fhr helm vs 3 socket helm would be much better than irathas.
twitch works all right, but socketed armor with lots of stats and resists is better such as mageplate. SOJs are a solid choice of rings depending on your build. tri-resist boots are the way to go.
Try to hit the 60fhr breakpoint and 63fcr breakpoint for your sorc if you can. stick with shard though and the more rep life the better
