But for some reason LoL skin trading is not allowed on d2jsp.

Every account has a gifting history, this means the person can be safe and take necessary screen shots to prove whether the transaction has or has not been completed. Elo boosting is already allowed... So people have already had access to others' accounts, despite the fact that we aren't allowed to lend accounts via jsp.

It is very surprising that fg trading for in game LoL skins is not allowed.
Changing this would really help the sub-forum grow, as people are losing interest in using the sub-forum despite the growing competitive community, we can only attribute this to the factor that the forum is pretty much useless other than for social uses.

Yeah I've wondered why it hasn't been allowed for a while now. Skin gifting is a legal transaction that the game allows you to do, but it's not legal on the site. Whereas boosting is heavily frowned upon, but it's okay on the site. Skin gifting doesn't require access to other people's accounts and is signficantly more secure than anything that is -actually- allowed currently by d2jsp.

I think the idea of gifting skins to friends vs FG should be allowed, however I don't think people should be allowed to go onto other's account and purchase things using their credit card or paypal.

I agree with you there, there is too much room for error the other way. Either via gifting or RP code. If some1 uses rp code you could simply enter it again on another account to confirm whether it is used or not. The recipient would have it in their history, ect.
