Well, if your sorc playing at 1-3 ppl.. she not need many skills for possible fast kill mobs, but safety - always better. Or if your sorc nn any to kill, she just rare chest hunter^^
Cold: 27. Fire: 65. Left for light: 18 skills (12 telek).
Potentially it dont cost, but why no? You can make specyfic build, and farm in special locations, where this ES can be very usefully.

So you're saying that wasting 12 skill points on tk and half your gear slots on getting like 200% damage to mana is worth it for players3, where monsters wouldn't be capable of killing you if you hadn't wasted all your item slots on damage to mana?

Why mobs cant kill you? Their dmg not changing by num of player, how i know. (mb i wrong?)
NN making 200%, 100% by nightsmoke+naj's enouth imho. At start of ladder, when ppl havent cta and another good gear - it worth for use. Or in case when you dont wanna spend tonns fgs to char.

String of ears gives a hell of a lot more survivability early ladder than nightsmoke does.
