I don't know how elise works as I only played her when she came out other than a few games here and there, but yeah I agree rylai is pretty much core. Elise wants hp/mpen/ap/cdr. Thats all I know really. Imo just go with trial and error and figure it out.

Im guessing protobelt if youre ahead and its best to get it early? past 20-25 mins i wouldnt bother with protobelt

why? she does most of her dmg from magic pen and abyssal's range is within most of your spells

When would you use the active in elises sequence?

when you e an enemy from max distance or when you rapel to a nearby unit use it to close onto an enemy. situational pretty much.. when you deam it needed.
