I know tons of people who play games on Steam, who are engineering types so you would think know, but have no idea what Humble Bundle is.

If they are software engineers then it means they spend more time on computers and internet.
That combined with the fact that they have and actively use Steam increases the chances they would know Humble Bundle.
Understand now? Or do I need to make it rhyme and have pictures.

On a computer all day, game on pc, more of aware of pc things than most, working/taking with other people that this is true for too = more likely to know about Humble Bundle.
