How To Do -READ THIS JAGEX-

- So you have 2 accounts 1 is say 99/99/99/99 and the other is 70/70/70/70 well you have the 70/70/70/70 one on eoc you use two bonds and double name change it (DONT LOGOUT) then you change your name and 07 on the 99/99/99/99 account to what the 70/70/70/70 accounts name used to be and the maxed account will have the stats of the lower account for 10 minutes before the delay in the rs3 and 07 servers update so for 10 minutes u can stake people and on highscores/osbuddy it will tell them that you are 70/70/70/70 when in reality you are maxed so they have no chance to win people are currently mass abusing this atm one is (lisp tanke3) look into that name and it should help you see how its done better since hes been doing it for hours now thats his current name atm has changed probably 30 times in the past hour cause of the 10 minute update timer. Well rs that is how you do it i guess make it where you cant be logged in when you change name and that should patch it

If you can't tell their stats based on combat level, then you deserve to lose money anyways.

I've made billions stake dueling and never once looked up a person or needed to know their stats to determine my odds of winning.

usually its 2 lv 115s or so, one is maxed one isnt

u cant really tell off cb itself, but its usually pretty suspicious, maxed staking avoids all of this anyway

Either way, it's not like this is the melee only no movement spear push bug, or the teleport arena bug, or the multi-combat bug, or X-logging, or the dozen other major dueling bugs that have existed.

This is simply people relying on external information that can be tricked by name swaps, etc. Old news is old. Remember trying to look up names that were IllIlliillIllIllliiIlllI. Yeah.

You should always stake with the assumption that the other player has more information, and better stats than you.

I also didn't do maxed melee stakes. I did armor on, tribrid, any player level 3-max, any combat type they choose, movement on, no obstacles, no prayer. I was 82/80/82. I always assumed the players would have full torva, full pernix, would have at minimum 3-5 bil worth of gear, vestas weapons, etc.. It is what it is.

Its a little different when you're tent staking max mains only, and rely on the stats osbuddy shows you to determine fairness of the duel.. this was a good thread to inform people not to rely on osbuddy or highscores and to stake 120+ players only.. good thread with good info

If someone sends a duel request and you don't right click on them, it would be very easy to be scammed by this method

I suppose the people that are really at risk are the ones assuming they're staking someone with similar stats then find out they're actually staking someone with 20 melee levels on them

The only people who should have to worry about this are people who are NOT maxed. Again - It's incredibly easy to tell if a player is maxed or not based on combat level. You should always assume that someone that is willing to stake a 126 and is above combat 113 is a maxed player.

You're right though, it's good to inform people.
