by the sense of entitlement they feel towards this young mans kidney's i've no doubt this is a very liberal family and they're quite upset that their beautiful daughter will be dying very soon because she ate her self to death and their shitty son refuses to give up one of his kidneys to save her


personally i'd have never have let things to get to this point if it was my own family but in this man's shoes i don't blame him one bit for refusing to donate his kidneys as it could cause serious medical problems for himself, not to mention it won't change his sister's daily feeding habits and the kidney would go to waste anyway

curious what our resident pardians would do in this situation

tell her now she can keep living like there is no tomorrow just like she's done all her life.

plus you always need an extra kidney in case you get in too deep at an illegal chinese casino.

Though I'd prioritize non-family members who need it more of course.

Fully agree 4chan OP should not feel obligated to give up an organ to that person.

I would donate. What they do after the transplant is also up to them although I'd hope they wouldn't waste their second chance.

I'd probably give my kidney to my sister in this situation. I have faith in people and love my family. But I don't blame someone for not giving up a kidney, it's their own personal medical choice and you have to respect what a person wants to do with their body.
