So I decided that I would benefit more in my build right now from the 10% CDR rather than 5 extra resource cost.
Yeah rolling extra RCR isn't that great for Yang's, your cooldown roll is much better. Due to the way it calculates, if you roll an extra 10% RCR it calculates that as a 10% boost to the base 50%, making it 55%. At least you can now roll it to whatever stat you need, Cooldown, Area Damage or Vit. 9/10
